THE SEARCH BEGINS
We get to work immediately on our rigorous interview process, including, phone-screening, face-to-face interviews, and providing you with detailed write-ups of all qualified candidates.
It’s your time to meet with the top candidates and get a feel for who best compliments your family.
OFFER or WORKING INTERVIEW
Once you feel like you have found “The One” you can either move forward with an offer, or we can schedule a working interview. We strongly believe in the merits of the latter–what better way to solidify your choice then seeing your new nanny in action!
Our top-notch background checks include: National Criminal, County Criminal (last 7 years), Sex Offender Registry, Department of Motor Vehicles report, and Social Security Verification. In addition to checking a minimum of 3 references we also verify CPR & First Aid certifications.
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
We create a custom offer letter for your new nanny outlining wages, expectations, and responsibilities. We feel strongly that putting everything in black and white and eliminating any room for misunderstanding gives everyone involved the best chance of success for a long term commitment.
We like to touch base a few weeks after your nanny has started just to make sure it’s a smooth transition for all!
